Located in the East Mountains of New Mexico, 45-60 minutes from Albuquerque/ Santa Fe. Three available spots on just under 10 acres of farmland, right next to a donkey rescue. Located about 12 miles south of I-40 and 2 miles off of I-41.

We are empty nesters with no children traveling with us, for now. (Waiting for grandkids)
We often have 3 dogs with us who are always leashed. We currently have a 40' Alpine 5th wheel, and travel between our home Estancia NM. to Oregon to visit our friends and family.
We want to start exploring more of the SW.
