Sometimes we get a lot of requests, and might miss them because we are doing projects away from our phones. Therefore, if you contact us at least a day in advance or more, we are more likely to see your request and approve it. It's really good if you include in your request your estimate time of arrival. We don't like people arriving after dark usually. Our parking lot has room for a few vans and smaller RV's. We have hosted people up to 30', and that is really the limit. If you tow we ask you including the tow vehicle and the towed trailer both together in measuring your length. Busses, schoolies, Vans, or smaller towed RV's like the smaller scamps are ok. We have apartment with Airbnbers and other guests so we need enough room for other vehicles to navigate around the parking lot. When our parking lot is full we refuse requests. We have had many great experiences with boondockers, and we also have a boondocker profile and boondock ourselves. We like to connect with boondockers who do stay for a couple of nights and sometimes when time allows we are able to share meals, RV or Van life tips, travel experiences etc. We always have projects going on and if you stay a few nights and feel like giving back, or doing Karma Yoga, then please feel free to ask if there is anything you can help with. there is also an outdoor kitchen and picnic table. Most of the time guests are welcome to cook outside but please ask us when you first arrive because sometimes it depends which apartments are rented the tenants if we want to have people in front of the apartments cooking or whether we want to be more low-key. Access Road Conditions: Near the center of town so easy to access. When we approve your stay we will give you the apartment number (s) of where you can park in front of. The gravel parking lot is pretty level but gravel parking lot is noisy when you drive too fast on it on it we try to avoid driving in and out between 9:45pm and 6am. Please avoid headlights shining in the apartments windows during those hours. We have a back entrance to the parking lot from the alley way which sometimes is easier. We will direct you when you get here where to park. When we say we can accommodate RV's up to 30 feet, we mean pretty much your total length not being more than that. Sorry but we do not have room for "towed trailers", so we only allow all-in-one units like class B's, Vans, and smaller schoolies, or medium to small motor home that have motors and are drivable.
