Easy stop just off I-90, Exit 47, and I-490. Two miles away there are two (soon 3) major RV dealers, each with free dump stations. Other amenities in Churchville village, 3 miles: post office, bank, ATMs, gas, deli shops, Chinese food, two C-stores, pizza. Several local family restaurants and coffee spots. West of Churchville village is a nice small family grocery store with a great deli and sandwiches, and laundromat and gas. Two small truck stops 4 mi west in Bergen, near NY19 & NY33, off I-490. Side yard parking in a rural area. Location quiet but state highway 500' away with very light night time traffic. Suggested Local Attractions: Genesee Country Museum (6mi), Letchworth State Park, 3 golf courses within 5 miles. Town park less than 1 mi, county park 3 mi north, and also 5 mi east. Nearby Rochester NY has Strong Museum of Play, Eastman House, galleries, art museum, Eastman School of Music, House of Guitars, multiple breweries and other attractions. Convenient to Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

Access Road Conditions: Just off state highway, with very little night traffic. First time arrivals MUST be at least 30 minutes prior to sunset, to facilitate positioning. Driveway curves. No low hanging trees. (We have a 34' Class A, 12.5 feet tall.) Location is about 500' from highway, and is sunny, and a rural yard, between house and barn. Parking is on gravel, and is not yet perfectly level, but close. Straight up the paved driveway and you will be guided into parking depending upon your rig. Even newbies have parked just fine. 50A (14-50 receptacle) power on barn, a 30' cable will do for most people. 120V 20A also on barn. City water also on barn, 30' hose works for most people. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Not a problem. In line with rig, and other options. OK to charge EV on 50A. J1772 EV charger may be available on prior request.
