About
Our home is your typical suburb home. We are located on the corner of a State road and our street housing complex. We have a 60' long gravel pad that is at an angle in our side yard. There is room to extend your slides and to set up lawn chairs and a barbeque. Behind the gravel pad is a large fenced-in yard with a concrete patio. Whether we are home during your visit or not you are invited (requested) to use this space to allow your dogs to run as well as free use of the patio including the patio furniture. We'd rather you use this space for grilling, relaxing, and your dogs instead of using the side yard. If you do use the side yard, we'd prefer you use the area between the gravel pad and the back yard fence. We have a 20A circuit available for you to plug into as well as a water connection. The water is very good and doesn't require a filter. Try not to overload the 20A circuit as the breaker is in the home. If we are not home when you are visiting, you won't be able to reset it, though I will try to provide contact information to someone who will have access to the home in order to reset it. Suggested Local Attractions:Depending on the time of the year: This is Apple Country and there are a couple great farm markets to get incredible pies, baked goods, and apple cider. We are less than 90 minutes from Niagara Falls if you are interested in a day trip there. The Finger Lakes with it's incredible wineries, craft fairs, restaurants, golf courses, etc. are also just an hour or so away. Rochester is rich in cultural and technological history. The George Eastman House (think Kodak) is a museum dedicated to the history of photography. There are a number of museums such as the Rochester Museum and Science Center (http://www.rmsc.org) including the Strasenburg Planetarium (http://www.rmsc.org/StrasenburghPlanetarium); Strong Children's Museum (http://www.museumofplay.org/) which is incredible; and more. A large mall, Lowes, Home Depot, restaurants, and much more are 15 minutes away.

Just to respect our property and privacy, clean up after yourselves, and don't disturb us or our neighbors with loud noise or excessively barking dogs. Leave things in the condition you found it and if you break, destroy, or damage any property including grass, please take responsibility for it. If we are home when you visit I'll be happy to let you use tools, yard furniture, or other items at no charge. Now for some legal concerns: You take liability for your own safety and mishaps/injuries that may occur during your stay on our property. We assume no liability for your safety and injuries or the safety of your RV or any of your property. I hope you understand and agree to that.
Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: You can access our site from the north via Lake Ontario State Parkway IF your RV is less than 11' tall due to some low underpasses. Otherwise any size rig can access from the south via a number of state and town roads. Note: While I list our site as pull-through there is a slight, grassy down slope onto the gravel pad. If the ground is soft or you are not comfortable with the slight down slope, you can drive into, or back into the pad via our driveway. The pad angles off the front of the driveway towards the back. If we are home we will be happy to guide and assist you. If we are not home at the time we ask that you access the pad via the driveway and try to avoid driving over any grassy area, more significantly the front yard. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Depending on the size of your RV you may be able to fit your tow vehicle on the gravel pad. Otherwise we will have room for it either on the driveway or legally parked on the street in front of our home.
