About
We are nestled in the foothills of the western Catskill mountains. We are a small farm location surrounded by several hundred acres of state land. Our property has chickens, dogs, a horse and some cats. We are just 5 miles outside of both the towns of Andes and Delhi.

My teenage daughter and I have been doing summer road trips for the past three years seeing ALL of America. We travel with a 22 foot 1969 Holliday travel trailer that we renovated during the pandemic. We live in rural upstate New York and I love seeing the rest of the country.

House Rules
No smoking of any kind on our property. There’s no hunting permitted on our property or gun use of any kind. Any pets would need to be preapproved before arrival. We have lots of animals on our property. No generators allowed after 10 PM. No additional guests or visitors are allowed during your visit.
Parking & Arrival
There is space for one RV or camper. There’s room for smaller rigs to turn around but the larger ones will have to back in or back out. In winter months, you will need four-wheel-drive to access our property.
