..CLOSED FOR THE WINTER..
We are close to Buffalo and Niagara Falls NY in a quiet suburban location 1 mile from the I290 expressway. Guests have free use of the back yard and covered patio.
Contact me by phone BEFORE you visit Niagara Falls. You will see more for less.

DIFFICULT TT ACCESS. Due to parking on both sides of the street, TT's are discouraged and will be declined.
Suggested Local Attractions:Buffalo water front & Canal Side, Erie Barge Canal, Niagara Falls. Bike path to Erie Barge Canal and the Niagara Riveris 1/10 mile away, a 10 minute bike ride.
