Training in Aikido, Iaido & Yoga as well as home to practitioners of therapeutic modalities, holistic wellness, and other forms of somatic practice. Rivertide Center offers group yoga classes every Monday at 5:30pm and Wednesday at 6:30 pm. This Steadiness and Ease class focuses on playful exploration of movement and breath (all levels, adaptations offered.) We also offer private yoga classes that invite you to move, stretch and feel into your experience, private Yoga Nidra: Conscious Rest for deep relaxation and healing, as well as private martial arts classes including aikido and Japanese Sword.
