About
Located in a small valley in the southern tier of NY, at the bottom of the Fingerlakes. Easy access to all the Fingerlakes has to offer -- 16 miles to Hammondsport, Corning, and Watkins Glen. Breweries, wineries and distilleries, Corning Glass Museum, Curtiss Aviation Museum - lots to do in the area and great nature.

My husband and I are recently retired and have been living in NY for about a year. We've been camping in our Capri truck camper since 2020, and now that we are retired we are looking forward to more travel, along with our two dogs.
Our wonderful new property is very serene. Chuck has a woodworking studio in the barn, and Donna has an artist studio and we spend a good part of our time "making".
This area is wonderful for birding, and exploring nature. It also has many breweries and wineries, which we love to visit.
