We are located in a quiet neighborhood in Shelby, about 1 mile from uptown. It is a great neighborhood for walking/running, full of large trees and greenery. Access and Services: Our circular driveway is best entered on the north end. Best level parking is shown on the attached picture. Electric (15amp) and Water (90psig) are available near the house, about 50 feet from parking area. The area is typically shaded after about 3 pm. Due to our location in somewhat of a valley, cell service is mediocre. Starlink reception is good. Suggested Local Attractions: There are several restaurants and a brewery around the uptown Shelby square, as well as the Earl Scruggs Museum if you are a bluegrass fan. There is a coffee shop within walking distance from the house. We are about 25 minutes from Crowder's Mountain State Park and 45 minutes from South Mountain State Park. Hiking and mountain biking are also available at the Broad River Greenway trails which are a 20 minute drive from Shelby.
