An acre of flat land, a 30x40 workshop available, and a small pool great for the summer time. Our small town of New Bern loves every holiday and makes a party whenever they can! Especially Thanksgiving into the New Year. Close to different crystal coast beaches. Enclosed privacy fence you may use when our dog is not using it (we can coordinate). If my husband or I need the shop when you book, you can stay in the driveway or front yard. Very little light pollution, so stars are plentiful. We are the home to the first capital of N.C. Our charming hometown is enriched with many historic buildings, including the Tryon Governors palace on the gorgeous riverfront. We have lots of food options and geared towards a relaxed and outdoorsy/artsy vibe. A couple blocks over we have a boat ramp and park with disc golf and playground area. There is a dog park as well, but the city requires a pass ($25/yr) or you may be able to get a day pass. Look at Craven County gov site. New Bern also has other things for kids, such as the community splash pad during summer months. You can use our blackstone as long as you agree to clean it, and can negotiate power hookup/water if needed. We also have 2 new inflatable paddle boards you would be welcome to borrow so long as they are returned undamaged and with all the accessories. Understand that this is a small town and we will not accept any trash in our garbage/recycle cans as we don’t get weekly service. Looking forward to it!
