Suggested Local Attractions:Downtown Waxhaw..Antique shops, restaurants, nice downtown area to walk and tour. Charlotte is 30 miles away with lots of things to do. Past President Andrew Jackson Museum is in Waxhaw. Jaars.org..Great place to visit. Two museums to see and a whole community built is the area for Jaars people. This is an organization that flies into places like the Amazon Jungle & help translate a tribes unwritten language into the bible. I'll be glad to take you for a tour.
