Quiet, safe parking with 30-amp hookup for vans, Class C's or camping trailers up to 20' long. A 15-minute drive into Asheville, NC and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, with numerous other attractions and activities close by. The space is a level gravel parking lot behind my house. Pet friendly.

I've lived in this cove for a long time and would like to share it. We have deer, turkey, and an occasional bear visitor. It's quiet and safe, and very close to all western NC attractions and activities. My dog Maggie loves to make friends with other dogs. I'd like to particularly welcome young couples and active seniors to my place. Please, no drones unless approved in advance. No filming from drones.

No smoking. No children under 5. Dogs under 50 lbs only.
Parking & Arrival
Class C's may be up to 30' long, but camping trailers only up to 20' because the tow vehicle adds length. There are two places where longer rigs might scrape the back bumper or any pipes hanging down, but I can provide instructions on navigating those places or I can guide you in if I'm here when you arrive. Most of the time I'll be here. There is plenty of room for tow vehicles to unhook and park separately. Also it's easy to turn around but I can help with that too.
