About
Imagine a place where vintage charm meets modern sophistication, where the rich history of a 1906 pump house is perfectly blended with the art of craft spirits welcome to an exclusive retreat for RV camping connoisseurs and spirit aficionados alike in the heart of Kinston, NC. This premier destination not only boasts an illustrious distillery, home to North Carolina's number one craft vodka but also offers an immersive cocktail experience finely tailored to the most discerning of tastes. The height of RV camping meets the pinnacle of craft distillation, where every detail is an ode to quality and tradition. Visitors will be captivated by the inviting ambiance of the cocktail lounge, an establishment that dares to redefine your cocktail expectations. Here, the expertise of renowned mixologists crafts a bevvy of beverages from the elegant and clean SOCIAL HOUSE Vodka to a diverse selection of spirits, beers, and wines. Even more enticing are the customized low-carb, low-alcohol, and no-alcohol mocktails, meticulously mixed to echo your preferred palate. Dive deeper into the alluring world of spirits with the opportunity to partake in distillery tours, cocktail classes, and exclusive tastings that educate and intrigue. Each personalized experience is tailored to guest interests, ensuring a one-of-a-kind encounter with the subtleties of craft spirit creation. As you traverse the historic premises, the beauty of bygone eras envelops you; the rustic charm of exposed brick walls, the grandeur of wooden roof trusses, and the delicate craftsmanship reminiscent of 1920s speakeasies. The property stands as a testament to timeless elegance, drawing water from the ancient Black Creek Aquifer, contributing an unmatched purity and smoothness to the distillery's signature vodka. This is more than a pitstop; it is a journey through the essence of craft distillation, endorsed by cocktail maestro Bob Peters, who extols the versatility and sophistication of SOCIAL HOUSE Vodka. Whether served neat, on the rocks, or as part of a meticulously crafted cocktail, the flavors here are created to be savored and shared. RV camping adventurers looking for a unique twist on their travel tales will find this spot an unforgettable fusion of pastoral tranquility and spirited indulgence.

Parking & Arrival
Parking is behind the distillery and is accessed through the side driveway to the east of the distillery. Look for the chain link fence entrance. There is a large piping system next to the driveway, part of one of three wells on the property. Down the little driveway, around the big white reservoir to our backyard. There you are welcome to explore the best place to park. (See hand drawn picture in our photo album to help with direction.) If you arrive on Sunday, you are welcome to park in our front parking lot, your choice. Notes: -Do not park beyond the chain link fence to the extreme south of us, bordering the river. You are sure to get stuck! -Enter at your own risk, bring a good time, but leave nothing behind (except trash in the dumpster). -Trash pick up is Wednesdays at around 5am. Parking next to the dumpster on Tuesday night is not recommended! -For your safety, there are cameras on the property to prevent bad behavior. -We are located along a train route (directly to the front of our building). Beware that you may experience the 'sound' of Kinston when trains pass by! Hours are random but not typically in the wee early morning. -We are located very close to a residential area so you may encounter the natives walking their dog or engaging in neighborhood sports. -Currently, no fires are allowed, but dogs, cats, birds, pet squirrels & children are definitely welcome!
