Slide outs are fine if the space allows, though not entirely sure it will fit. Also, don’t mind generators as long as they don’t create excessive noise (mostly pertains to nighttime). We also do have an outdoor standard household outlet, though this tends to trip the breaker so not listed as an offered amenity but welcome to try and use. Also, don’t mind if pets are off leash but there’s no fenced in area at this time so it would be at your own risk! Suggested Local Attractions:Depending on the time of year there are plenty of things to do in the area: River trails, parks, museums, festivals, zip lining, indoor skydiving, etc. There are also a TON of restaurants in Fayetteville.

Access Road Conditions: Easy access from I-95 and 295. Close to Fayetteville and Ft. Bragg. Route to location is paved, driveway is gravel/crush n run and single vehicle width. You will need to reverse into OR out of the driveway as there’s no space to turnaround. Also one larger tree down the driveway that may impede taller rigs. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Tow vehicle can park in the grass and rig can park closer to the house as long as it doesn’t impede the circle drive part to allow for household inhabitants to ingress and egress
