About

We live on 3 acres in the woods about 15 minutes South of Franklin, NC. There is a small creek that runs the length of our property and a nice yard and area to walk around. Our lower driveway is semi private and flat. We do have an extension cord that will reach down to the parking area, but it can only be used for charging and a small fan. If you need water we can connect enough hoses to fill you up as well. The approach road is gravel and relatively level heading up the hill. You are welcome to enjoy the property. It is a work in progress but you can walk around, relax by the creek, enjoy the porch. There is very limited wifi, unless you have Verizon service which works well for us. You can probably setup a starlink in the yard if you have a long enough cable, but we are heavily treed except for a small area. We are a family of four with two kids age 4 and 7. We are currently living in our 25' Class A while we rebuild the old cabin on the property. During the day there might be noise from saws and drills, but by early afternoon we wrap it up. The location is very rustic and deep in the woods.

We are a family of Four (2 girls; Age 2 & 4) wandering around this beautiful earth. We have lived and traveled aboard our sailboat for the past 10 years until just recently (May 2022) when we sold her to chase new adventures. Our path has taken us towards traveling across land for the near future while we hunt for the next perfect boat to head back out to sea. Hobbies: Surfing, Spearfishing, Hiking, Sailing, Chasing Waterfalls, Mountain Biking, Swimming, Snow Boarding/Snow Skiing, Gardening, Travel, Craft Beers, Coloring Books, Reading, Building Things, Cooking & Good Food, Ninja Courses, Playing at the playground/beach, Playing Blocks We have worked from home for many years and love the freedom that it has provided us to spend time as a family and see the many wonders of the world around us. We love to spend time during the day at local playgrounds, homeschool meetups, libraries, science/children's museums, and other historical sights. We are a quiet respectful family looking for places to park and crash for the night while we explore nearby cities, monuments, historical sights, museums, etc. Our RV is totally self contained and we practice pack it in/pack it out, leave no trace.

Parking & Arrival

We will need to setup an arrival time in advance so we can help you get into your spot. The best way is to back into the area, but it is about 50 yards of backing up down a driveway. If you are in a small van you can possibly pull in and then do a 3 point turn to head back out. We will be there to help when you arrive as long as you give us a timeframe of your arrival.
