We are set in a rural setting that is 11 miles from the Atlantic Ocean beaches. We have 4.6 acres, with 2 acres cleared. The rv space will accommodate up to a 45' RV. This RV parking space is on concrete with full hook-up. 50/30/15 amp service. We can also accommodate any size RV with no hook-ups parked in our yard, which is hard-packed sand. There is plenty of room to park your tow vehicle or towed vehicle. We allow friendly pets that will remain on leash & the owner will clean up from them. We are located 12 miles from the seaport village of Southport NC, which has many nice restaurants, shops, & museums. We are also 40 miles from Wilmington NC & North Myrtle Beach SC, which offer many more shopping & eating choices, along with many tourist locations. With the changes in 2024 with Boondocker Welcome Liability insurance we do request that you have Liability insurance on your RV & other vehicles that you intend to use on our property in case of an accident caused by you. We carry liability insurance on our property also. This is the honor system, no need to show us coverage.

It will take a little bit of maneuvering to get the big RV's over 35' into this RV space with full hookups. We routinely parked our 43' class A in this space & my sisters 36' travel trailer. However, you must back into the space between my yard, my house, & my shop. This space is on concrete. We have space for 2 RV's of any length with no hookups. These spaces are back in with plenty of shade and are located in our yard with grass & hard packed sand. The entry to our RV spaces is from a paved state owned road in good condition on to a gravel driveway for 200' that then goes to a concrete parking area for the house, shop & 1 RV space. The dump may not be available if there is an RV in the full hookup space for the non hookup spots. All of our RV parking spaces are fairly level. You may park your tow vehicle by your RV for the non hookup sites & on the far right side end of the concrete driveway for the full hookup site. This will allow room for us to move in & out of our garages. Please arrive after 12:00pm unless previously arranged with Dan. Please depart by 11:00am unless previously arranged with Dan. With the popularity of electric vehicles, we are asking those guests which need to charge thier vehicles batteries for an additional $10 per day if you intend to charge your vehicle even if it is indirectly being charged from your rv while plugged into our electricity outlet. By using this free campsite, you acknowledge that you are insured pursuant to state or provincial laws and agree to take responsibility for your own actions and any resulting consequences. Proof of such insurance must be carried in your vehicle. The property owner has no responsibility for damage or theft to your RV, tow car or personal property, or for injury to you, your family, or guests.
