There is a space between the house and a tree line that separates our property from the city park. We have had several large rigs back there. If you are uncomfortable in the grass the front of the house is available. It could be counted as two spots but if someone parks on the street they could block the person along side the house. I run off solar all summer so your air could be used during the day off solar and we can switch back to grid at night if it’s hot out and AC is needed. Other appliances should be fine at night regardless of power source. We just installed WI-FI so it might work for you, just ask. Suggested Local Attractions: We are in a small town of 2500 and really don't have much locally. The longest running movie house in the country. Along with typical small town activities. The Fort Ransom state park and the National grasslands are close. We do have good fishing in the area and a river 1.5 blocks away if you like to fish (you catch and you clean). We are along the ND byways as well. If you want to know more just ask since to be honest, I have no real idea what to put down here.

Access Road Conditions: It is a dead end so at some point you will have to back up. You can pull in or back in. I would recommend pulling in and backing out for a much better view. There is a row of trees and a park beyond that facing the north while my ugly house is facing south. It is in town so the road is paved to the property line then its grass.
