About
Welcome to Dreamsville, USA! Our home overlooks Dennison, Ohio, coined as “Dreamsville USA” by World War II soldiers passing through. There is much to enjoy in our small town, which is a sister city to Uhrichsville, Ohio. Uhrichsville is known as the clay capital of the world. In Dennison and Uhrichsville, you'll find many points of interest and exciting activities including: - Dennison Depot & Museum (hosts an annual Railroad Festival each June and Polar Express train rides annually @ Christmas time); - Uhrichsville Clay Museum; - Uhrichsville Water Park; - small craft breweries and wineries; and, - Panhandle Trail (short walking & bike trail) Our location is in close proximity to many great Ohio lakes (Tappan, Clendening, Atwood, Leesville, and Piedmont) and is within 15 minutes driving distance to Tappan State Park and a 45-minute drive to Salt Fork State Park. We are located: - 10 minutes southeast of New Philadelphia, OH; (Kent State University Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center, Schoenbrunn Amphitheater, Historic Schoenbrunn Village, New Towne Mall) - 20 minutes southeast of Dover, OH; (Warther Museum, Reeves Mansion) - 35 minutes southeast of Ohio Amish Country; (Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek, Berlin, Baltic, Charm) - 40 minutes south of Canton, OH; (Pro Football Hall of Fame, McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, First Ladies National Historic Site, Library, and Museum) - 1 hour west of Wheeling, WV; (Wheeling Island & Casino, Cabela’s) - 1 hour, 30 minutes east of Columbus, OH; - 1 hour, 30 minutes west of Pittsburgh, PA; and, - 1 hour, 15 minutes south of Cuyahoga Valley National Park

HOST
We are the Baugmans - Nick and Megan, a married couple living the dream in east central Ohio with our senior Beagle pup, Jill. Together, we are an excellent team in life and in business, owning and operating our own business, Baughman Educational Services, LLC. We often travel around the midwest providing specialized training and safety consultation services. When we aren't working, we can be found enjoying a myriad of outdoor pursuits on both land and water. Nick, a classic extrovert, enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, boating, and drone-flying. Megan, more reserved and introverted, enjoys walking, running, kayaking, and teaching line dancing. We are Harvest Host travelers ourselves and enjoy meeting people and hearing their life stories. Being HH members, we appreciate beautifully maintained locations with amenities that promote great experiences for ourselves and Jill - a certified diva! Though much of our travel is work-related, we seek out life-altering experiences. So far, many of these experiences have been epic trips within the National Park system.
