Blue Rock Boondock is situated on a gravel lane just across the Muskingum River from Ohio SR 60. The camping spot is adjacent to our pole barn lean-to, across the lane from our riverfront cottage. Enjoy a fire and use the lean-to for shelter and relaxation! We are in a rural area shared by both full and part-time residents who, like us, appreciate the quiet setting. Suggested Local Attractions: We are located along the historic Muskingum River Parkway featuring manually operated locks on the river. The Muskingum River Parkway and its 160-year-old navigation system were designated a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark by the American Society of Civil Engineers in July 2001.
