Access Road Conditions: Paved street. Slight Driveway slope may restrict vehicles with long rear overhangs (13'or more) and limited ground clearance. Recommend Class A, B or C with less than 13' of rear overhang and with 12" rear bumper/hitch clearance. See photos for example of my 31' Class C with 10.5' rear overhang and 12" of hitch clearance. (Approach Shoring could be used at curb if additional clearance is needed. I do not recommend Travel Trailer or 5th Wheels due to narrow driveway entrance and reversing uphill.
