About
We have a 3 acre lot located in the quiet country halfway between Akron and Youngstown.
We have a long driveway back to a barn we built. You can park anywhere on it when it's dry, if it's wet you can park on the driveway. There are no amenities on the lot, so you'll need to be self-contained.
We live 2 houses away from the lot
Cleveland is app. 45 miles NW where there is lots to do and see. Akron and Youngstown are both a half hour away.
We live in between 2 state parks: Lake Milton and West Branch and Berlin Lake which is owned and operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers. There is fishing, boating and swimming in all 3 parks.
There are lots to see and do within a days drive.
