Nothing fancy. Just an open lot big enough for a van or small camper. There's no turn around on property and it's up a slight hill. It's quiet, 2 blocks from shopping and the Ohio River and has a fire ring that you're welcome to use.

This is a small parcel that I own in a residential area. Please be respectful. No generators after 10 pm. I just ask that you leave it no worse than you found it.

Parking & Arrival

Grass lot with some gravel in it. If it's been wet or snowy, you may have some difficulty getting in. Back in or pull in only. There's not enough space to turn around. Top of the drive is fairly level. If you look at the photos with my bus in them, you'll see why I don't recommend anything more than 25ft.
