Concrete pad in a residential area. We can host B campers (vans), B+, and short C's (under 25 ft). We CANNOT accommodate 5th wheels or bumper pull trailers. Access to 15/30/50 AMP electric and city water (available seasonally) is available for donation. Garbage and recycling cans available. Fenced backyard, fire pit, paver patio with table, chairs and umbrella. Firewood is NOT provided. Vehicles with a low front or rear clearance (hitch, etc) may have difficulties with the incline of the driveway apron. Approaching and exiting at an angle is recommended. Our hose bibs are shut off during the winter months. If you need water, please ask in advance and we will let you know if we can accommodate.
