We are located in Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario. Our farm is surrounded by Carolinian forests, ponds, creeks, and abundant wildlife. We grow non-GMO, pesticide-free vegetables, garlic, fruits, herbs, flowers, nuts, and grains using organic seeds and practices. We produce free-range duck eggs and chicken eggs. We feed our ducks and chickens organic soy-free grain. We grow 9 varieties of garlic originating from all over the world. We also make black garlic, which is garlic "aged" in a temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled environment for several days. It is sweet and savory, loaded with anti-oxidants, and delicious on burgers, pizza, pasta, salad, dips, or on its own. Enjoy Norfolk County for its beautiful beaches, wineries, breweries, and small-town charm where people come to hike, camp, kayak, bike, fish, go birding, buy fresh produce in farms and farmers markets, and go to the fair.
