We are in the lovely area of Port Franks. 10 minutes will get you to the beaches of Lake Huron. 15 minutes to the village of Grand Bend. We only have a single car drive so you would need to back in. Hydro is located on the driveway side. Water just around the corner. The river is at the back of the property and is great for canoeing or kayaking.
