This is a rural residential one acre property located 7 minutes north of the 401 and two minutes west of the City of Woodstock on a paved highway, property has a beautiful valley view. RV parking area is shaded under a century old maple tree and can accommodate RVs up to 40'. 30 amp electric is available. The city provides many restaurants, a conservation area, sports complex, local craft brewery, museum, many heritage buildings and hosts Canada's Outdoor Farm show every September.

My wife and I are both entrepreneurs that are starting to slow down and ease into retirement by taking some extended vacations in our travel trailer. In addition to our travel trailer we own a park model trailer in a resort in the Kawarthas region of Ontario Canada along the Trent-Severn Waterway. We enjoy boating in the summer months and have owned many boats from runabouts to cabin cruisers. We are respectful of the rules and laws of society and treat others as we would like to be treated. Rather we're staying in a hotel room,at a campsite, or marina dock, we always leave it in the same condition or in some cases better than it was when we arrived. We enjoy meeting new people, in addition to being Boondockers ourselves, we are also Boondocker hosts at our rural home.

No loud music. No generators past 10 pm
Parking & Arrival
The highway can be busy at certain times of the day. It is easiest to back in off the highway when traffic allows but would need a spotter as traffic comes over the hill quite quickly. Tow vehicles could be parked on the grass adjacent to the RV or in front of RV depending on length. Also, we have a main CP train line at the south end of our property. They do not honk their horns but you will hear the trains pass if you're not used to them.
