NO puddles or standing water EVER. Parking lot has slight 2% slope down to the front for water run-off. Great for overnight stays, and not having to wake up being in mud or water. Park in the back of the parking lot where the Shed is. Back into either rear corner with your trailer. DO NOT back and park your trailer directly in front of the Shed. Parking lot is open 24/7. There is NO gate or barrier. We do rent our Event Space for family and corporate events weekly and weekends. This does NOT affect the back parking lot for Campers, and there is 23 feet space down the middle, between the right and left side parking spaces. Campers drive in, if parking lot has spaces filled, can turn right to the front parking, and back in, down the middle of the parking lot to the rear parking lot to either the left or right side of the shed.
