It may be possible to park on the grassed area, but it likely won't be as level as the gravel. You must leave the property the way you found it. Take your garbage and recycling with you. Sauble Beach is a 25 minute drive by car. Tobermory is an hour drive by car. Owen Sound is a 20 minute drive by car.
