Snowbird RVers. Love Bluegrass he is a guitar picker, she is watercolour artist. Flyers, old car buff. Retired. Details: We are in our mid seventies. He is a retired heating and air conditioning contractor. She is retired sign shop owner and previously, secretary. We enjoy camping and travelling. We live in the country, close to a city of about 110,000. He is in the process of restoring a Model A car and is a tinkerer of everything. She enjoys watercolour painting. He is a private pilot . We have family in Texas (Houston and Dallas) and spend Christmas with them and sometimes spend the winter there but most winters we spend in Florida. We have an apartment in the basement of our house and most times it is rented and someone is here in case there is a problem. Home Town: Thunder Bay, Ontario Favorite Boondocking Locations: We boondocked our way from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Lodi, California, via a stop in Houston to visit family - 2 winters ago. Had amazing hosts and really enjoyed the trip. We also used Marianne's e books to find out of the way spots for "shunpiking". The accuracy of her directions is perfect.
