Lots of farms and very close to two large lakes. 10 minutes in either direction. Sturgeon Lake to the west and Pigeon Lake to the east. Close to Trent Canal river system. 12 minutes from Trans Canada Highway.

15 minutes to Lindsay for groceries, pharmacy and has a very distinct small town country main street feel. Great farmers market May to October.

10 minutes to Ultramar gas station with proper fueling facilities for big rigs.
Suggested Local Attractions: 12 minutes from here in Lindsay, Farmers market Thursday and Saturday mornings. There is a really nice zoo in Peterborough. The Trent Canal system is very close in multiple locations. Many lakes and rivers to canoe or kayak in. Really nice lakes as mentioned. Hiking and biking is prevalent nearby also on abandoned rail trails. Trans Canada Trail 10 minutes from us. We live on fairly quiet country roads. REALLY lovely place to visit.
