10 acres, level spot near house, relatively easy to turn around if you know how to drive (smile)
gravel driveway, can drive on grass
not the best YET but working on it
Suggested Local Attractions:Bracebridge falls, Longs lake nearby for more private swimming, Windermere House, Deerhurst Resort, Hidden Valley skiing, midway between Bracebridge and Huntsville in Muskoka (very scenic fall colours too!)

Access Road Conditions:
main highway, 1-1/2 car wide entry from road, gravel, slight rise, so any overhang of approx. 2-3 ft "may" have an issue entering exiting... just take your time... gravel driveway so worst thing, you scrape some gravel.
