House Rules
Private land - campsite on working hobby farm. Parking area may not always be 100% level. Pets must be leashed. Please pick up after them! Farm animals may be present, please check with us before taking pets to farm. You can pet the horse and mule from the fence anytime they come to you. Please ask if you would like to go in the field with them. Take all trash with you please. You will see no trespassing signs around the property. These are not for you, you have been invited. (they are for the bad neighbor on the other side through the woods) Feel free to sit on the front porch and swing if you like and have a fire. There are tons (literally) of wood in the woodshed. There are 4 security cameras on the house and 5 game cameras in the woods around the perimeter of the property. Also, don't leave any kind of food out. We have a couple bears that will get into it but wont bother you. Also raccoons and they get into everything. By using this free campsite, you acknowledge that you are insured pursuant to state or provincial laws and agree to take responsibility for your own actions and any resulting consequences. Proof of such insurance must be carried in your vehicle. The property owner has no responsibility for damage or theft to your RV, tow car or personal property, or for injury to you, your family, or guests.
