Small pretty village, about 800 people (more during the summer because of all the cottages around the numerous lakes).
Situated by a river with multiple falls and places to launch canoes and other small crafts.

Loving the simple life
Details:
We are living in a trailer that has been transformed in a mobile home, the lot in large enough to accommodate more than one docker. We enjoy living close to the river for the pleasure of the falls, the trails, the pleasure of the sand banks.
Home Town:
We are situated in Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, a small community of about 800 people, situated in a touristic area by the Batiscan river.
We are a retired couple, planning to spend our winter in warm weather.

Access Road Conditions:
The only problem I can see is that I am on top of the hill so we always park ready to go forward as not to have to back up on the street.

If necessary, the tow vehicle can park in the church parking lot which is quite big.
