A quiet residential area off the main road. Your more than welcome to enjoy our small but well manicured perennial gardens in our backyard. Lots of shade, picnic table, and sitting areas. If the pool is open you are welcome to use it. 23 ft max length on RV. Prefer Class B's, C's or Schoolies. No Travel Trailers or tow vehicles. Please try not to allow pets to urinate on grass. Suggested Local Attractions: Lots of nearby restaurants. Oakland Beach just a mile down the street. Great place to park and watch the sunset while in vehicle or sitting on seawall. Take out Iggy's clamcakes and chowder and doughboys while enjoying the sunset at OB from the comfort of your vehicle. Conimicut Point Park and lighthouse (5 minutes) offers a fantastic place to watch a sunrise for you early rises or anytime of the day to walk out to the crescent sand spit during low tide or just walk the beach. Do not swim off the sand spit... dangerous currents. Ocean beaches 40 minutes away. Downtown Providence 20 minutes away. Roger Williams Zoo and park 20 minutes. Beavertail Lighthouse in Jamestown 35 minutes away. Newport 40 minutes away. Beautiful East Bay Bike Path 30 minutes away offers 13 miles of scenic biking along the bay.

Access Road Conditions: Paved. You can back or drive in to my normal RV spot which is paved parallel to the street . I will move mine onto the street or neighbors. See photo. I have wood ramps you can use to level your RV. Be aware of utility pole when backing in. Please do not drive on grass when maneuvering to park. There are sprinkler heads just under the surface. I will need a ETA so I can move my RV to street. This will give you decent privacy from street. Not that you really need it , it is quite quiet. Thank you.

Common courtesy. We frown on folks who stay and leave without introducing themselves at some point. Smoking of any kind is allowed. Please use some form of ashtray and no butts on the ground. Alcohol on premises is allowed within reason. We will take away your trash and recyclables, just ask. We have been having issues with dogs urinating on our plants and grass and burning it. Please do what you can to prevent this. Keep them on a short leash when walking through gardens. Pool is available for guests. Please make sure to close all gates when done.
