About
Montiques Studio is a live-work log sided building with gravel parking. We are located between Landrum and Campobello in the Blue Ridge foothills. This is horse country and we are in proximity of the Tryon Equestrian Center, Saluda, and Chimney Rock. Lake Lure and many other attractions in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Fairly self reliant, enjoy traveling. Self employed most of my life and now semi retired although my wife Monica cracks the whip daily. We do Estate Sales for people downsizing and sell online at Montiques.com, ebay and sometimes do shows.

Parking & Arrival
Towed RVs should back in from the street across the road from our driveway and use a spotter to check traffic. It is a straight back in with a slight incline. I have no problem with our 39 ft fifth wheel in doing so. The RV parking site is in front of the garage and is mostly level with minimal leveling needed. Our auto level worked fine with no manual help.

House Rules
We are non-smokers and prefer if you smoke, it is inside your camper. We have 50 and 30 amp electric as well as water and sewer connections. Generators are not allowed. We live and work here so check in and out can be variable. We have cats so if you have pets they will need to be on a leash or in a pen at your camper. Please keep the noise down after 11 pm.
