Located 6 miles south of Charlotte, NC in South Carolina. Local attractions include NASCAR, Whitewater Rafting Center and major shopping centers.

Been RVing or camping most of my life. Originally from Minnesota but have lived in Florida and South Carolina since the 70's. Enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking and travel. Retired so goal is to see and experience the US and Canada.

House Rules
If you smoke, remove all butts. Travel Trailers over 20’ will be difficult do to space limitations.
Parking & Arrival
Basically a single family residence with a large amount of concrete driveway for parking and turn around. Tow behinds may be a challenge especially if over 20'. May require an uphill backup of approximately 100 yards. Motorhomes should pose no problem.
