***We are currently doing construction on the property to make it better for our guests. The construction is slated to be finished the first week of May 2023. Due to the construction, we do not have electricity we can provide.
We are located on 4.5 private acres that are just a 5-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and grocery shopping. Located just 1.8 miles from I-40.

We build out Sprinter vans as a side hustle and love to take them out on long trips before finding a new home for them. We did a 50-state road trip with our 3 kids over a 3 month period during which we only spent two nights in a campground, the rest were all boondocking.
