About
Located on 60 acres of hills, rocks, trees and dirt KatzLandia has been in my family for 3 generations. When the land came into my possession I knew I wanted to share its beauty and tranquility with others. Me and a few others live on the property full time it’s the land between the hills! Very private and peaceful a wonderful place to chill in front of the fire and talk about our adventures! There’s options for hiking on the property and places near by to kayak or fish and only 15 minutes from town.

No hook ups at this time. We do have a spigot and you can fill your tank for $5 per fill up. There are multiple level spots all currently dirt and unmarked. There are a few tight spots coming up the long driveway but we get my 35 foot bumper hitch camper in and out ok.
