Your membership includes an overnight stay at a Host. Extra nights are available at the Host's discretion.

Please contact us first if you plan to book extra nights. This will allow us to ensure the space you need is available for the entire stay. As noted in the listing, our utilities fees are $25 for power and $5 for water/sewer for the first night. Extra nights are $20 per night and will include staying connected to utilities if you're using them.

Approaching from the west (from Interstate 65) on Hwy 64, turn right on Horseshoe Rd. then right again on Parker Valley Lane. Approaching from the east (from Fayetteville) on Hwy 64 we recommend you turn left on Swan Creek Rd., then an immediate right onto Horseshoe Rd. and then left again on Parker Valley Lane. This route offers a safer left turn across traffic for larger vehicles because it has a full length turn lane. There is a site map available in the photos. Site #1 has 50/30/20 amp power, water and sewer dump (septic safe only) available for a fee and is a pull through site for small to moderate sized RVs. Site #2 is a back in site and has 50/30/20 amp power and water available for a fee. Site #3 is a back in site with no utilities. Site #4 is a pull through site for up to 35' RVs with water and a sewer dump (septic safe only). Site #5 is a back in site with 75' of level gravel with no utilities. Utility charges are $25 for power, $5 for either water or sewer dump, $30 if you want all three. There is additional space for tow vehicles for all sites.

We currently have USDA processed grass-finished beef and lamb available for purchase. We also offer power, water and sewer connection for an additional fee.
