We are unable to host at this time. We are currently widening our entrance and installing a new parking pad with deck and fire pit for our guests. We plan to have showers and laundry built in the fall of 2024. We look forward to meeting you. --------------------------- We have 10 acres of land with easy paved access. Our property is only 15 minutes from the Clifton Marina with boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. Closest Walmart is 30 minutes away but local grocery stores, laundry and restaurants are only a 15 minute drive. We are situated 7 miles south of Decaturville, TN and 2 hours SW of Nashville. Parking is on the gravel RV Pad or Driveway. Grass parking is also available. We have 30 amp electric, water and sewer hookups if needed. This property is a work in progress. We keep it clean but it's not luxurious and things are always changing.

One gravel parking pad with full hookups that is approx. 60' in length. Plenty of additional parking for other vehicles or trailers. Additional parking with no hookups available on gravel driveway past RV pad.

We ask that generators are shut down at 10 pm. Dogs must be kept close and not allowed to roam unattended.
