Five acres on the San Bernard River. We are only 10 minutes from Brazoria, Lake Jackson, and Jones Creek. Surfside Beach and Bryan Beach are also nearby (20-minute drive).

$10 a night for 15 Amp service. Please use caution and don't run high-power appliances or A/C units. Power comes from our well pump house near the parking spot. If you have a variable charger for batteries, limit to max 10A (1000W). If the breaker pops, we will lose water until the breaker is reset.
We are on septic, so no dump station.
