I travel for work with my gf so we're usually pretty tired and quite. I have a generator, but always appreciate a plug in. I have a 24ft travel trailer towed by a ford expedition, which I can park somewhere else or on the street to squeeze in to spaces.

Easy to navigate dirt and grass combo. Lots of space. Water and electric on the side of the house that's closest to parking area. If it's super rainy it can be a bit muddy but there are a few areas that will avoid too much mud
