A mile or so from the Colorado river. 15 miles to the Austin city limit. Quiet and secluded.
We have chickens on the property so please keep all Pets on a leash.
**Eggs for sale, free range/grass fed delicious eggs $4/dozen when in season.

Details:
I am a travel occupational therapist... ( retired contract, have a full time gig in ATX) Normally spending my summers on the west coast and returning to Austin for the winters. Once I have finished a job, my husband and I like to take a good old fashioned road trip home, stopping at any and all oceans,rivers, and lakes we pass for a sunset/sunrise paddle.
We have a new addition to the family, our baby girl.

Favorite Boondocking Locations:
We enjoy the open ranges of new mexico,Utah, Arizona, and Colorado where you can pull off the paved road and drive down a dirt road a few hundred feet and set up for the night.

1. Dogs on leash
2. Pack out all trash and black water
3. Suggested donation for hookups due on arrival
4. Fires allowed when the burn bans are lifted.(no unattended fires)
5. No washing of RVs or Tow vehicles
6. Be low maintenance
7. “When in doubt scout it out”- be mindful of soft ground after rain.
Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions:
gravel driveway, plenty of grass parking (as long as it has been dry), quiet and secluded.
We have 1 spot with 30amp plug.
***FYI: Walnut Creek wastewater treatment plant located on the way to Austin for free dump.
