Beautiful Oak forest and waterview. Fire pit. 5 miles off of Hwy 75. Near many restaurants, antiques, shopping, wineries and breweries. 15 minutes from Lake Texoma boat launch and 30 minutes from Choctaw Casino in Durant.

We are Newlyweds and newly retired. Jackie spent her life in education and I am a boat builder and woodworker. Our newfound freedom is amazing! We love the adventure of the open road and getting to know other people who have the same interests. We have recently applied to become Boondock Welcomers too at our 3 acre lakeside retreat in Denison, TX.

Please park on gravel area without blocking shop entrance.
Parking & Arrival
Please park in the gravel area where it is level. You can back up to the forest or have your vehicle turned so that you have a nice view of the forest. There is plenty of room to turn around any size of vehicle and there should be no problem entering the driveway with any size vehicle.
