About
Acreage on county road. There is a train track within 1 mile but it does not bother us. Quiet area, a small town 2 miles away with a grocery store, dollar store, and a few places to get some "close to home-cooked" meals. You would park on the side of our detached garage which is a gravel drive.
Suggested Local Attractions: Freeport, Bryan, and Sargent Beach are 30 minutes away. Both the San Bernard River and Brazos river are within 15 minutes to access. Fishing areas close by.
