We are outside of town so it is peaceful.
Our property backs up to River Creek Golf Course and walking distance to Perkins Boy Scout Reservation.
We are very close to Sheppard Airforce Base, Burkburnett, and Wichita Falls, Tx. We are also close to Oklahoma Casinos.
Wichita Falls has lots of local retail and entertainment as well as most National businesses. There is also a great paved walking/biking trail around most of Wichita Falls.
