This is a mobile home neighborhood but with larger lots and some conventional homes. Note: This is a neighborhood and not a State Park. Its just a spot for you to park if you are passing through, not a scenic vacation spot.
Its located on the outer city limits of San Antonio ( north Bexar county ).
25 min to downtown San Antonio ,10 min. to the little town of Bulverde and the beginning of the Texas Hill Country.

Like to meet interesting people. I am easy going and like to keep things simple. Love the outdoors and motorcycle camping. I work full time , so enjoying the outdoors is currently difficult but I go when I can.

House Rules
Dogs must be on a leash. No loud music. Keep clean. No open fires, BBQ pits are fine. Dont get drunk and get stupid, I will ask you to leave.
I just ask you to be respectful.

Access Road Conditions:
Neighborhood roads are paved. Driveway is gravel where you will be parked. Driveway is not perfectly level. Longer rigs may require more blocks to level out.
If you come here from Hwy 281 and turn onto Borgfeld Dr., there is a steep hill. You can bypass this hill if you take Bulverde Road to Borgfeld Dr.
