About
Immerse yourself in the heart of Texas tradition and the unique terroir of the historic Palo Duro Canyon with an unforgettable RV camping experience. Situated on the canyon's rim, this distinctive winery invites you to savor handcrafted, award-winning wines made from 100% Texas grapes. Each bottle is a vibrant embodiment of Texan pride and palate, full of flavor and bursting with personality, promising an unparalleled tasting journey.
As you settle in for your stay, indulge in the breathtaking views from the winery's patioit's touted as one of the best vistas in Canyon, Texas. Here, the spirit of the Lone Star State is not just in the wine but in the sweeping landscapes that surround you, making every sip an ode to Texas' natural beauty and craftsmanship.
For RV campers looking to enhance their adventure, note that while electrical hook-ups are not available, you are welcome to refill your potable water holding tank with the winery's supply, ensuring your stay is comfortable and convenient.
The Tasting Room welcomes visitors with seasonal hours, offering a cozy atmosphere to explore the winery's selections. From May to October, the doors are open Friday through Sunday, from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, with check-in until 8:30pm. In the colder months from November to April, the schedule shifts to 1:00pm to 6:00pm, with a slightly earlier check-in by 5:30pm. Despite these hours, the winery graciously accommodates Harvest Hosts' reservations throughout the week, inviting you to a serene retreat away from the bustle.
For an elevated experience, consider pre-purchasing a bottle (or two) to enjoy on the scenic patio even when the Tasting Room has closed. The tranquility of the vineyard, coupled with a fine glass of wine and the majestic canyon as your backdrop, makes for a magical end to any day.
Remember, whether you're planning a weekday escape or a weekend sojourn, it's essential to coordinate your visit ahead of time to ensure your spot amidst the vines. And should your travels bring you to their gates after hours, a call ahead will secure your warm welcome to this Texas haven.
Embark on an RV camping adventure that marries the love of fine wine with the allure of the Texas outdoors. Here, every glass tells a story of dedication, heritage, and the unrivaled beauty of Texas landscapes.
