About
PLEASE NOTE 20 ft recommended rig length. Can accommodate 22 ft but it’s tight!) Share our double wide driveway. Most stay a night on their way to another location. We move our rig- so you can sleep. Park a tow vehicle in the road ( except in snow conditions due to plow coming) . Our cute spot is nestled in a 3 min walk from two trailheads in the Bonneville shoreline trail. We are 25 min from drvieway to ski slope at Snow basin- 45 min from Pow mow. SUP paddle boarding 25 min away. Local Walmart and historic downtown is just a 7 min drive or an Uber into town to play in Historic downtown Junction City! Access to Awesome Snowbasin skilift (20 min), (4 hrs) Tetons- West Yellowstone or (3.75) Arches and Zions to the south. Headed to Cali or Colorado, Stop here on the way. Suggested Local Attractions:Snowbasin, Causey Res, Awesome Flyfishing (weber-ogden) Bonneville Trail System Powder Mountain (25 min) Pineview Resort (25 min) Monte Cristoe (1 hr) Park City (1.25 hrs) SLC (1 hr) Historic Downtown Ogden -Shops-Bars-Light Rail System

House Rules
Boondock in our driveway. This is a great location to jet out and play or stopover after a lot of miles. Come here to ride your mtn. bikes to 27th or 29th street Bonneville trailhead from our drive. -see image for parking since we share the drive. - Electric hook up to house ( let me know in advance) 20 ft cord needed. -Refill your water (let me know in advance) Driveway is flat(ish) - some folks will shim. -Neighborhood is safe and quiet. -Pets on lead -We do have security and motion detection for the driveway which keeps everyone safe but you will want to add your blackouts - Quiet hrs. 10 pm -Access to front yard is fine. Our dog is kind and she likes to rough house. She is locked in the back yard always. -Single overnight stays are preferred.
Parking & Arrival
Access Road Conditions: Paved. 1 mile slight climb so in the winter- snow pack can occur. Otherwise, clear sailing. Driveway is paved and flatish. Some will use a slight shim on two wheels but most park it and set it. Drive way is back in or pull in...about 20 yards long but rigs fit fine. Some will detach and park on the street as needed. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Our 20 ft Sprinter sits perfectly- 25 ft could fit... we would move ours for yours. Tow vehicle can park on the street. Slight sloped street.
