I am centrally located in a neighborhood in Salt Lake City. It’s usually pretty quiet but also kid friendly. Coffee shop and laundromat within walking distance. Access to I-80 and I-15 is minutes away as well as grocery stores, gas, food, bars, and parks (and a dog park). Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 40 minutes to ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and Park City, about an hour to Snowbasin, and just over an hour to Powder Mountain. Also close to lots of hiking and climbing. I have water at the driveway available until spring and can provide wifi (most guests are able to get the signal). I am in and out a lot but always happy to host!
